You’ve heard the motto “Free and Fair” Elections, however, how is it possible to ensure the integrity or fairness of an election with so many opportunities and vulnerabilities in the simplest of voter registration forms and mail-in ballots enabling the process to be extremely prone to inaccuracies, falsification and fraud?

New Jersey has a six point requirement for a Drivers License to prevent identity theft while to register to vote does not require as stringent measures, not to mention when an individual votes it is not necessary to provide any identification to prove who you are. In a society where identity theft is prevalent, and no matter where you go whether it be applying for a mortgage to applying for a passport, identification must be provided to ensure veracity. Why not the same measures be taken for an election as well?

Our group’s position is that no citizen should be disenfranchised but that the voting system be just, honorable and abide by the Constitution as well.

By working with local public officials and those on the state level we can make a difference by helping revise the forms to safeguard that elections are free, fair and and incorruptible.
