Senator Rand Paul hosted a tele-town hall last evening on
S2122 the Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012 which he introduced in Congress. It will secure the rights of states to have primary authority over the land and water in their state and will go a long way in protecting property owners from the loss of private property. S2122 is a real opportunity to protect our property rights, but without our support it won’t go anywhere. Please do whatever you can to let people know about the bill and urge them to contact their Senators and House members.

Congressman Glenn Thompson will be introducing the bill in the House next week. A bill number is not available yet.
